Mr. Weser has experience in all areas of complex tort
litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, premises
liability and general negligence. He has litigated in federal and state
courts and arbitration forums. He began his legal career working for other
personal injury law firms. Those firms handled cases like a personal injury
mill, without providing individualized attention to each case. Mr. Weser
wanted to do better for his clients. He went into private practice in 1985.
He began to handle cases with the individualized attention to detail that every
injured person deserves and that each case demands. He met with each client
during the initial client interview. He spoke with each client regularly and
did not hand them off to a secretary or paralegal. The firm began to grow because
satisfied clients continued to refer new clients. Ms. Weser joined the firm in
1987 and Weser & Weser was founded. Together they have built a personal injury
practice based upon the needs of their injured victims with the sole purpose of
obtaining maximum recovery for each client. Mr. Weser received a B.A. from Queens
Collage in 1981 and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1984. He is admitted in New York State and New Jersey and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Weser is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
